Meet Mr. Sinn

Hello there! I'm Riley Sinn, and I've been teaching high school students for over a decade. After earning my degree in secondary education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, I started my teaching career in Minnesota. Over the years I've taught not only AP Human Geography and AP Psychology, but also AP Microeconomics, Sociology, Philosophical Thought, Civics & Government, Personal Finance, Economics, and World History.

In 2017 I started making YouTube videos for one simple reason: to help my own AP Human Geography students study. As a student I always learned best by interacting with the material instead of just sitting through a lecture, and I saw the same thing in my own classroom. So I turned my lessons into review videos my students could watch anytime.

I've also served as a reader for the AP national exam. Seeing firsthand how the exam is graded shapes everything I make, from the review videos to the practice exams.

Today, what began as a classroom side project to help my own students has grown into the Mr. Sinn YouTube channel, the Ultimate Review Packet, Exam Slayer, teacher resources, and a Discord community of thousands of students studying together.
